The Loneliness is an Emotion

When we feel lonely, we frequently tend to beat ourselves up and think that. Something is wrong with us.

The more alone we feel, the more we start to possess thoughts of not belonging or of feeling rejected by others. Left alone with our thoughts, and that we become our own worst enemy. Loneliness can destroy your confidence and make you feel very distant from society.

Loneliness is that the emotion but isolation isn’t quantified by the quantity of your time we spend alone, but rather by how we feel about the time we spend apart.

Being lonely has allowed me to explore myself and my passions quite ever before. My time alone has been a tremendous tool for unleashing my inner imagination. I’m in tune with my spirituality, creativity, and motivational drive.

I wont to wander around outside at 1 am taking photographs; honestly, I’ve never been more alone. But I enjoy solitude. The key to being alone has things to do: a way of a search and a purpose.

Being alone doesn’t necessarily mean that you should be lonely. Being alone gives you the prospect to seek out yourself. It allows you to find out things about yourself and know yourself better.

  • I love that you described loneliness as an emotion that’s felt about the time we spend alone. I totally agree that the more time someone is alone the more isolated and unaccepted one might feel. Sometimes I get in that circle myself and it’s hard to get out of that feeling. Thanks for the encouragement to spend time alone in a positive mindset!
